Understanding yourself is the beginning of meaningful change.

For me, this belief is at the heart of everything I do.
I believe that when we understand ourselves more deeply — our experiences, relationships, values and patterns — we begin to see ourselves and our choices differently.
Not because someone tells us what to do.
But because we begin to understand what feels right for us.
That is the work I feel privileged to do.
How I Found This Work

I've always been fascinated by people.
Not by what people achieve, but by what shapes them.
-
Why do some experiences stay with us?
-
Why do we repeat certain patterns?
-
Why do we sometimes lose sight of who we are?
The more I explored these questions, the more I realised that many people carry struggles that aren't always visible.
From the outside, life may appear successful. Inside, we may feel disconnected, uncertain or simply unlike ourselves.
That quiet gap between how life looks and how it feels is where many meaningful conversations begin.
That curiosity eventually led me to coaching.
Today, alongside my coaching practice, I continue my postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, deepening my understanding of people and the experiences that shape us.

How I Work
I don't believe meaningful change comes from being given more advice.
I believe it comes from having the space to pause, reflect and understand yourself more deeply.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become.
It's to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion and thoughtful challenge as you explore your experiences, recognise patterns and discover your own way forward.
Every coaching relationship is different, because every person brings a different story.
There is no script. No quick fix.
Just honest conversation, thoughtful reflection and a shared commitment to understanding what matters most to you.

What You Can Expect
When we work together, my hope is that you experience:
-
A space where you feel heard, without judgement.
-
The freedom to be honest, at your own pace.
-
Greater clarity about yourself and what matters to you.
-
More confidence in the choices you make.
-
A deeper understanding of the patterns that may be shaping your relationships and experiences.
Above all, I hope our conversations help you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in finding your own way forward.

My Professional Background
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am currently undertaking postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
My ongoing training continues to deepen my understanding of people, relationships, emotional wellbeing and the patterns that can shape our lives.
While my approach to coaching is informed by my ongoing learning, it remains firmly within the scope of professional coaching.
If, through our conversations, I feel that another form of support may better meet your needs, I will always discuss this with you openly and thoughtfully.
For me, helping you find the right support matters more than simply becoming your coach.
Outside of Coaching

Away from my work, I value the simple things that help me slow down and stay connected to what matters.
-
Time with friends and family.
-
Meaningful conversations.
-
Reading.
-
Walking in nature.
-
Moments of quiet reflection.
I’m naturally curious and always learning, but I also value the quieter moments - the ones that give us space to notice, appreciate and simply be.
For me, how we live and who we are are never entirely separate from the work we do.
