Coaching
A space to understand yourself, navigate change, and move forward with greater clarity.
Life doesn't always unfold as we expect.
You may find yourself feeling stuck, disconnected or uncertain about what comes next. Or perhaps you're carrying questions that don't have simple answers.
Coaching offers a confidential space to pause, reflect and explore what's happening beneath the surface.
Together, we'll look at what matters to you, notice the patterns that may be shaping your experiences, and explore a way forward that feels authentic to you.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
Is Coaching Right for You?

You may be considering coaching if you:

Feel disconnected from yourself or uncertain about your next step.
Are navigating a life or career transition.
Want to build confidence and trust in yourself.
Keep repeating patterns in your relationships.
Find it difficult to set healthy boundaries.
Feel overwhelmed by the expectations of others.
Want greater clarity, purpose, or direction.
Simply want the space to reflect and grow.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching.
Sometimes the greatest value comes from having a dedicated space to think.
My Approach
Every person comes to coaching with a different story.
There is no formula for how our conversations should unfold. We begin with where you are and what feels important to you.
I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and, when it may be helpful, gently challenge you to look at things from a different perspective.
There may be moments of insight, moments of uncertainty, and sometimes questions that need time rather than immediate answers.
You set the pace. My role is to stay curious, present and alongside you as we explore what is happening beneath the surface.
The aim isn't to tell you which direction to take.
It's to help you understand yourself well enough to choose your own.

What Working Together Looks Like
Understand
Reflect
Move Forward
We begin with what is happening for you now. Together, we explore the experiences, questions and circumstances that have brought you to coaching, without rushing to find an answer.
We slow things down and look a little deeper. We may notice patterns, assumptions or ways of responding that have become familiar, and consider what they might be telling you.
As things become clearer, we explore what you want to do with that understanding. The next step doesn't have to be dramatic — it simply needs to feel meaningful and right for you.

My Professional Background
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am currently undertaking postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
My ongoing training continues to deepen my understanding of people, relationships, emotional wellbeing and the patterns that can shape our lives.
While my coaching is psychologically informed, it remains firmly within the scope of professional coaching.
If, through our conversations, it seems that another form of support may better meet your needs, I will always discuss this with you openly and thoughtfully.
For me, helping you find the right support matters more than simply becoming your coach.

Thoughtful, Lasting Change
Rather than looking for quick fixes, we'll focus on developing the understanding and awareness that can support meaningful, lasting change.

Psychologically Informed Coaching
My coaching is informed by ongoing postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, while remaining firmly within the scope of professional coaching.

A Space to Be Heard
A calm, confidential space where you can think out loud, speak openly and explore what matters to you without judgement.
What I Hope to Offer
What Matters to Me

Curiosity
I'm curious about your story, your patterns and what matters to you.
Safety
Our space is confidential, respectful and free from judgement.
Integrity
I'm committed to ethical practice and ongoing professional develpment.
Growth

Your First Step
Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary discovery call.
It’s a relaxed, confidential conversation where we can talk about what has brought you here, what you’d like support with, and whether working together feels right.
There’s no pressure and no obligation to continue.
Just a conversation — and a chance to see what feels right for you.
