The International Coaching Federation (ICF) leads the charge in certifying coaches globally. To become ICF-certified, coaches must complete accredited training programs, including hands-on coaching practice and classroom learning. What to Expect in a Session?

A typical session is fifty minutes of focused, transformative work. We’ll kick things off by celebrating your progress since our last session and reflect on anything that’s come up in the meantime. Then, we’ll talk about what you’d like to accomplish today, and I’ll guide you through the coaching process to help you move forward.

By the end of our time, we’ll discuss the insights you’ve discovered and create a plan for how to take action on them.

 

Our sessions happen on Zoom, and I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling on top of the world or dealing with some challenges, this is your space to be open, honest, and authentic. Your journey, your rules!

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI)™ is a top-rated personal growth assessment, recognized by Forbes™ for its ability to transform lives. This tool helps you understand how you perceive the world and how your energy shows up in different situations—whether you're thriving or under stress.

 

With the ELI, we'll explore your unique strengths, uncover areas where you might be holding yourself back, and discuss how you can shift your energy to show up as your most powerful, authentic self.

Why I Recommend It:
I truly believe this assessment is a game-changer. It offers profound insights that allow you to achieve breakthroughs much faster and more effectively in our coaching sessions. That’s why I require all clients to take the ELI assessment before starting a long-term coaching relationship with me. It’s a tool that can make all the difference in your coaching journey.

2. The SCOPE Assessment
The SCOPE Assessment focuses on specific tasks and performance. This tool helps you assess your readiness to succeed in a particular area of your life or work and provides three essential elements to guide you toward success:

  • Performance Factor: On a scale of 1-7, how likely are you to achieve the results you're aiming for?

  • Energy Influencers: Six core areas of life—Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social, and Environmental—have a direct impact on your energy levels and performance. We'll dive into these to better understand how to manage them.

  • Strategies to Increase Performance: SCOPE will provide you with two practical suggestions to help you enhance your energy and performance in the area you're focusing on.

 

Together, these assessments will help you clarify your path, pinpoint areas for improvement, and set yourself up for success.

Why should I trust you?

I understand that trust is the first step in any coaching relationship, and I want to assure you that I am here with your best interests at heart. As a compassionate, caring, and empathetic coach, my primary goal is to support you in achieving your goals and discovering what’s best for you. I believe in creating a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment, and I enter every session with openness and curiosity.

   

I honour where you are on your journey, and I truly believe that there are no “mistakes”—just opportunities to learn and grow. I view every person I work with as both a teacher and a student, so I’m always learning from you, too.

When it comes to confidentiality, you can feel confident that I respect your privacy. However, there are three important exceptions:

   

  1. If there’s ever any concern about your safety or the safety of others, I am required to report it to the authorities.

  2. Occasionally, coaching scenarios are shared with other coaches for training purposes, but your identity and personal details are always kept confidential.

  3. Basic contact information is shared with the ICF to maintain my credentials, but your conversations are never shared. You’re also welcome to opt out if this doesn’t feel right for you.

   

My commitment is to always put you first, providing a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to make the choices that are best for you.

How Do I Know Coaching Works?

Yes, fear and resistance can show up, and that’s completely normal. But when you face them head-on, you create space for incredible growth. The results might not always be immediate, but with consistent effort, you’ll start noticing the positive changes.

How Do I Know If Coaching Is Right For Me?

What guarantees do I have that it will work for me?
While there are no guarantees, the success of coaching depends on your willingness to show up, stay accountable, and push beyond your comfort zone.
