Service
Way to work
I offer a reflective space to explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
This work is not about quick solutions. It is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself over time.
How Sessions Work
Sessions are:
-
50 minutes
-
Online or in person
-
Weekly or fortnightly
We will agree a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.
Working Together
Some people prefer a shorter, focused space, while others choose to work together more openly over time.
We can decide together what feels most helpful.
