I am currently training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and working within a clinical placement.

Alongside my training, I offer reflective coaching that focuses on emotional awareness, understanding patterns, and exploring identity and relationships.

My approach is shaped by psychological thinking, cultural understanding, and community-based work.

This is not about giving advice or quick solutions. It is about creating time to think more deeply about your experiences and what may be influencing them.

We work at your pace, focusing on understanding rather than fixing.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you require therapeutic support, I can help signpost you to appropriate services.

My path has been shaped by a combination of academic training, community work, and lived experience.

I have worked closely with diverse communities, supporting individuals and families through challenges related to culture, identity, and life transitions.

This has deeply influenced the way I work, bringing cultural sensitivity, warmth, and a genuine understanding of the complexities people carry.
