Refund Policy

Payments for coaching sessions and packages are generally non-refundable.

Single Sessions

Package payments are non-refundable once sessions have started.

However:

If you choose to end the work early, unused sessions may be refunded at my standard single-session rate, with a small administrative deduction.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refunds or adjustments may be considered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
