I am a Certified Professional Coach with a particular interest in relationships, identity and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and each other.

I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what is happening in your life or relationship and feel truly heard.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am currently in Year 3 of postgraduate clinical training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman, where my training includes supervised clinical work with patients.
ABOUT ME
Our work begins with feeling understood
MY STORY
Why this work matters to me
I would keep this section almost exactly as we originally wrote it.
I have always been interested in people, in the stories we carry, the relationships that shape us and the experiences that influence how we see ourselves and each other.

My own experiences have also given me an understanding of what it can feel like to navigate different worlds, identities and expectations, and how difficult it can sometimes be to find space simply to understand what you think and feel.
This is part of what drew me to this work.

I wanted to create the kind of space where people do not have to explain or defend every part of who they are. A space where there is no expectation to have the answers, and where we can be curious about what is happening rather than judging it.

For me, our work begins with understanding.

HOW I WORK
A space where you can be yourself
You do not need to arrive with the right words or know exactly what you want to talk about.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and curious. I will listen carefully, ask questions and help you explore what may be happening beneath the thoughts, feelings and patterns you bring to our work together.

I am not here to tell you what you should do or how your life or relationships should look.

Instead, we work together to understand what feels important to you, at a pace that feels right.

Without judgement

Without expetations

With space to understand
CULTURE AND IDENTITY
Understanding the worlds we belong to

Our sense of who we are does not develop in isolation. Family, culture, relationships and the communities we belong to can all shape how we see ourselves and the choices we make.

As a British South Asian woman, I understand that it can sometimes feel as though we are navigating more than one world.

There can be love and belonging alongside expectations, responsibility and pressure. At times, what we want for ourselves may not feel simple when the needs or expectations of others are also important to us.

I bring this understanding into my work without making assumptions about your experience.

"You do not have to choose between the different pars of who you are in order to be understood"

WHAT I BELIEVE
Therapy is a space for understanding, not judgement
I believe that change often begins when we have the space to understand ourselves more clearly.
