UNDERSTANDING YOUR WORLD
Different cultures, many layers
For many British South Asians, life can involve navigating different cultural, family and social expectations.

There can be a strong sense of love, belonging and connection, while at the same time experiencing pressure, responsibility or uncertainty about what we want for ourselves.

Family, community, faith, tradition and generational differences can all influence how we understand ourselves and our relationships.

Our work together offers a space to explore these experiences openly, without assumptions about what you should think, feel or choose.

AREAS WE MAY EXPLORE
Common experiences
Every person's experience is unique. These are some of the themes we might explore in therapy.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Perhaps we can start with a conversation
If you are wondering whether coaching could be helpful for you, I offer a short introductory call.

It is a chance to tell me a little about what has brought you here, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

There is no expectation to make a decision during the call.

Your cultural identity is not something you need to leave outside the room. It is an important part of your story.
A BROADER PERSPECTIVE
Your experience is individual to you
While I have a particular understanding of British South Asian experiences, my practice is not exclusively for South Asian clients.

I work with individuals and couples from all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds.

My approach is always centred around you, with curiosity, respect and a genuine interest in understanding your individual experience.
