COUPLE & RELATIONSHIP COACHING
You don't have to wait until your relationship is at breaking point.
This is a space to welcome visitors to your site. Grab their attention with copy that clearly states what the site is about, and add an engaging image or video.
Every relationship has its own story.
You may be dating and thinking about your future together, preparing for marriage, adjusting to married life, navigating changes after many years together, or entering a new stage of life.
Sometimes you may feel close but want to understand each other more deeply. At other times, conversations may have become difficult, the same arguments keep returning, or you may feel that somewhere along the way you have lost sight of each other.
Our work together offers a space for both of you to slow down, speak openly and begin to understand what is happening between you.
Not to decide who is right or wrong, but to help you hear and understand each other differently.

Every relationship has difficult moments
Couples come to work with me for many different reasons. Sometimes there has been a particular event. Sometimes the distance has grown slowly over time.
-
Communication - Feeling unheard or misunderstood.
-
Recurring Conflict - Having the same arguments without resolution.
-
Emotional distance - Feeling disconnected from one another
-
Trust and intimacy - Working through hurt or changes in closeness
-
Family and cultural expectations - Navigating the influence of family, culture and different expectations.
-
Life transitions - Adjusting to changes that affect your relationship.

MY APPROACH
Working with both of you
My role is not to take sides or decide who is right or wrong.
I provide a space where both of you can speak openly, be heard and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
In our work together, we slow down the conversation, look at the patterns and begin to understand each other differently, without judgement and without imposing expectations about what your relationship should look like.
CULTURALLY INFORMED APPROACH
Sometimes there is more than just the two of you in a relationship
Family, culture and community can play an important part in our relationships.
For some couples, there can be a delicate balance between building a life together and navigating the expectations, values and traditions of the families and cultures around them.
Differences around marriage, family roles, children, faith, finances or expectations can sometimes create tension, even when both people care deeply about each other.
Our work together offers a space to explore these influences openly, without judgement and without assumptions about what your relationship should look like.
My practice has a particular understanding of British South Asian experiences and welcomes couples from all cultural backgrounds.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A space for both of you
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to say or how to explain what has been happening between you.
Our sessions offer space for both of you to bring what feels important, to slow down conversations that may have become difficult and to begin to understand the patterns that may be shaping your relationship.
There is no expectation that you should stay together or separate, or that your relationship should look a particular way.
We begin with where you are and work together to understand what may be happening between you.
